Professor Ian Ellis awarded first Larry Norton Award for Excellence in Breast Pathology

Ian Ellis, Professor of Cancer Pathology, received the first BCRF-Larry Norton Award for Excellence in Breast Pathology at the International Society of Breast Pathology/ USCAP meeting in the US on Sunday 18 March.

Professor Ellis has been involved in the practice of pathology for over thirty years and has an international reputation in clinical and translational research in breast disease, particularly classification of breast cancer and evaluation of prognostic factors.
