University of Nottingham duo clinches gold at National Championships

In a spectacular display of skill and determination, Marie Mattel (left) and Rebeka Stolmar (right) from the University of Nottingham Tennis team secured the gold medal in the women's event at the 2023 BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Doubles National Championships held at the Shrewsbury Tennis Centre from November 18th- 19th.

Nottingham continue to lead the way in BUCS Wild Water

After a superb BUCS season last year, our University of Nottingham canoe and kayak athletes headed north for the first event of the new season. Taking to the Grand Tully course in Scotland on the weekend of the 18th and 19th November, our athletes were looking to achieve similar success to that at the same course one year ago and retain our place amongst the elite in university racing.

Success in the first BUCS Duathlon race of the year for Nottingham

University of Nottingham athletes from UoN Tri opened the duathlon season with podium finishes and plenty of success to build on for the season ahead. The BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) Duathlon Championships for 2023-24 took place in Kirkby Mallory on Saturday 18th November and saw good representation from #GreenandGold athletes.

University of Nottingham Sport gear up for new BUCS season using In-Play Sports

Description
University of Nottingham Sport is looking forward to a new season of BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) action with hundreds of teams across a host of sports taking on fellow universities from up and down the United Kingdom. In-Play Sports will be providing video analysis software and other performance analysis services to sports teams and athletes, and work with professional football clubs in the Premier League right the way down to grassroots hockey and rugby clubs.
