As the case conference progresses, the health visitor has the following to consider:
Ms X reveals at the case conference that the elder child has a tendency to play with sharp implements and has deliberately injured the family pet.
The health visitor has a child at the same school as Ms X's elder child and instinctively feels she should make some of the other parents aware of this potential source of danger.
