RLO: Why do we need confidentiality?

As a health or social care professional it is vital to apply the principles of confidentiality. Inappropriate disclosure of information can have a significant negative impact on people's lives.
Examples of possible consequences are shown. Some may apply equally to the client and the health/social care professional; others may be more applicable to one party than the other.
With reference to Ms X and her family, consider which consequences may be the most significant
