4. Clinic A: Annie
Annie attends your clinic to have her 12-month-old baby boy vaccinated. When you confirm the immunisations the baby is due to have and start to prepare them, she becomes visibly uncomfortable, clutches her own arm and says:
"I know it’s supposed to be good for them, but I was reluctant to bring him here today knowing these will hurt him and make him sick…No one has really explained what these do either. He can have these, but maybe not anymore. I can’t stand the stress."
