Expertise Summary

I am experienced in health informatics. I am involved in development and testing of PRIMIS tools and managing delivery of research study data extractions.

My role includes:

• Team leadership
• Designing, writing and testing complex native GP system searches (EMIS and TPP)
• Interpreting complex dataset specifications
• Updating SNOMED and DM+D codesets
• Managing delivery of NHSE national clinical refset updates
• Writing comprehensive instructions for practice staff to run searches
• Development of Information Governance and data collection agreements
• Liaison with GP practice staff to manage data extraction/collection
• Analysis of large datasets
