About Mental Health and Clinical Neuroscience
Mental Health and Clinical Neurosciences is the largest unit within the School of Medicine with more than 200 employees dedicated to providing high class teaching and research within the University of Nottingham.
Our mission is to lead research and teaching in mental health and clinical neurosciences that generate local, national and international impacts in brain health and wellbeing. Our academics are internationally recognised researchers and educators across the translational spectrum of brain sciences ranging from applied patient-centred to translational challenge-led and methodological discovery research and teaching.
Unit strategy, regarding teaching and research is led by the MHCN Unit Executive, and through sub committees for Research and Knowledge Exchange (RKE), Equality and Diversity (EDI), Postgraduate Research (PGR), Undergraduate Teaching (UG), and Postgraduate Teaching (PGT).
