Two new case studies showcase how Blackpool CCG and Luton CCG are using the GRASP-AF tool

Anyone can now download two new case studies for inspiration on implementation of GRASP-AF from the PRIMIS GRASP-AF audit tool webpage.

Blackpool CCG and Luton CCG have both recently run a CCG-wide initiatives that utilise the GRASP-AF tool. The two organisations were kind enough to let PRIMIS share their methodologies and conclusions with others to inspire reporting and patient care improvements.
