Improvements to the GRASP-AF audit tool released in a new version of the tool
An updated version of the GRASP-AF audit tool is now available for all PRIMIS Hub members to download which includes a number of important improvements.
GRASP-AF is a free, easy-to-use tool that assists GP practices to interrogate their clinical data enabling them to improve the management and care of patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) and to reduce their risk of stroke though appropriate intervention with anticoagulation. The tool also assists with case finding activity, helping practices to establish more accurate prevalence rates within the practice population.
GRASP-AF is part of the GRASP suite of tools developed by PRIMIS in partnership with NHS Improving Quality. The suite also includes audit tools looking at heart failure (GRASP-HF) and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GRASP-COPD).

All PRIMIS Hub members can obtain this new version of GRASP-AF by using the ‘Check for updates’ link in CHART. The new version is available for your immediate download and use.
