New to computing or lacking confidence?

Our training courses all assume a prior knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the basic functions of a PC.  You will find it hard to keep up without these skills so we have put in place some ways to help:

  • Work online using training materials that we have identified will be useful preparation for our courses.

 

  • Book on to a half-day Supported IT Self-Study course – you will be helped to work on your own using training materials that are suitable for your method of learning such as manuals, on-line interactive videos, demonstration, etc.
