Management
Search engine visibility

There are a few simple ways to make your web site more easily found by search engines and therefore more likely to be visited by your audience.

  1. Search engines look at the page content, so make sure you write your pages using words that your audience might put into search engines.

  2. When you use a search engine, the results are usually presented as a link to the site and a couple of lines about the site - lines usually taken from the page's META tags. Make sure you put an accurate descriptive comment into your description META tag.

  3. Your page title is used by search engines too, so don't forget to fill it in.
