Each year, Sports Awards provides a opportunity to celebrate everything which makes sport at the University of Nottingham special. This year, we face unprecedented challenges in our daily lives and we feel it is important now more than ever that we stick together as a community and do all we can to help and support each other. Despite not being able to meet in person, we feel it's important to mark and celebrate your achievements this year within your clubs and on an individual basis.We have moved the 34th Annual Sport Awards ceremony online for the first time.

The Headliner | Birmingham fall to Nottingham in the Championship Semi-Final

Description
On 11th March 2020, we welcomed the University of Edinburgh and the University of Birmingham to David Ross Sports Village to feature as The Headliner in Women's and Men's Championship semi-finals. Both teams were on the #RoadtoNottingham, competing to secure their place at BUCS Big Wednesday held at the University of Nottingham, 25th March 2020. The afternoon of squash finished with the Men's team securing a place in the final here on BUCS Big Wednesday.

Premier Squash League | Nottingham extend their division lead

Description
The all-glass court at David Ross Sports Village saw the University of Nottingham take the evening, winning 4 out of 5 games against Scottish team, Alba Storm. Both teams played well throughout the evening, but it was Nottingham that took the points at a vital stage in the Premier Squash League fixture.
