Olympian Chris Adcock leads Nottingham team to victory in the National Badminton league final.

Description
The University of Nottingham badminton team, led by Nottingham-born Adcock, stormed to victory last night against Team Derby to lift the AJ Bell National Badminton League Champions trophy. The event, held at centre:MK in Milton Keynes, boasted 6 Olympic players across the two teams and got off to a nail biting start with Team Derby winning the opening event, the women's doubles.

ACES Nationals heads to the University of Nottingham

The University of Nottingham has now been announced as the host venue for Britain's top junior football event, the 2017 ACES Nationals. This is the first time the finals will come to the city, voted Visit UK's Home of Sport in 2015, after eight years in Leicester.
