ILM CandidatesPlease note that the 2021 ILM Leadership and Management Qualifications courses use a blended learning approach and will include a combination of synchronous and asynchronous activities. Core content will be delivered via recorded materials and self-paced learner exercises. Synchronous workshops provide opportunities for learners to collaborate with their fellow participants and engage in interactive on-line workshops with the course leader, Jenny Wilkinson. Whilst it is unlikely that we shall be able to meet in person these courses are being designed to retain the features of networking and interaction which makes these programmes both popular and successful.
