There were a total of 540 applications across the University for the NIS and of those, 93 students were placed. 28% of the successfully placed students are from the Faculty of Arts, which makes it the second most-recruited Faculty in the University, second to the Faculty of Social Sciences whose students make up 30% of those successfully placed on the scheme.
