Members of the Automated Scheduling Optimisation and Planning research group of the School of Computer Science were awarded a best paper award at the ACM Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference (GECCO-2011) that took place in Dublin from the 12th to 16th of July 2011.
Modelling the Initialisation Stage of the ALKR Representation for Discrete Domains and GABIL Encoding by Maria Franco, Natalio Krasnogor and Jaume Bacardit won the best paper award for the Genetics-Based Machine Learning track
