Password Reset - For Current Students

Some students’ university IT account passwords have had to be reset and they should follow the guidance below in order to obtain their new passwords.  

If you are currently in the UK, please phone the IT Service Desk on 0115 95 16677 to obtain your password. The IT Service Desk is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 10am and 10.30am to 5.15pm. If you cannot get through, please keep trying until you do – you will be given your password after you answer the security questions.   

If you are currently in another country, please complete this support form. Make sure you enter a non-university email address and enter the city and country you are in under ‘Problem or request details’. You should only complete this form once and the IT Service Desk will contact you to give you your password.
