About the Digital Futures Project
Without doubt, digital technologies have and will continue to alter the world in which we live. They will continue to evolve the way we research and study. Specifically, digital technologies can have a positive impact on the way that we revolutionise lives at the University of Nottingham.
To prepare ourselves and advance our own digital future, a co-ordinated and collaborative approach is being taken through the Digital Futures Project.
Universities are complex and highly connected ecosystems. The Digital Futures Project looks holistically at the University's adoption and use of digital technologies, and will deliver a joined-up approach to ensure that we:
- Develop systems, approaches and technologies that are connected and integrated
- Maximise effectiveness and efficiencies of all systems and processes
- Implement systems and approaches that minimise workload while maximising the impact on staff, students and our wider communities.
