The intelligence stream serves our ability to make well-informed strategic and operational decisions, and interventions.

To support intelligence through the use of digital technologies, we aim to:

  • Provide resilient and robust data warehouse solutions, enabling us to store and interpret data in secure and sophisticated ways
  • Develop data and analytics dashboards to enable us to monitor and evaluate performance of all of our activities in real time
  • Adopt approaches to mining big data to make strategic business decisions, including product development (such as new courses) or defining new research specialisms in line with global trends
  • Develop systems that use intelligence to support the student experience, and individual student performance, ensuring that support is delivered in the right way and at the right time for each individual
  • Embed systems for collecting real time feedback and evaluation.
