Symptoms of back pain

Lower back pain can result in the following symptoms:

  • Pain
  • Tingling sensations
  • Dull or sharp aches
  • Weakness
  • Imbalance
  • Lack of flexibility and movement

The lower back can become damaged and so it is vital you minimise this risk. The following are techniques you will already have encountered and serve as a reminder to you.
