University of Nottingham are very excited to be hosting one of the biggest highlights of the British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) calendar in March 2023 - BUCS Big Wednesday - and we need you to make it happen!Taking place here in Nottingham on March 21-22, BUCS Big Wednesday sees over 60 of the UK's top university teams and over 1600 athletes come together for a huge day of Championship and Trophy finals. University of Nottingham Sport are now recruiting for over 100 volunteers to get involved in the delivery of the event.

University of Nottingham Sport are delighted to welcome multiple Commonwealth Games gold medallist and former world number one James Willstrop as a part of the University of Nottingham Squash programme. Willstrop, still actively in the men's PSA world rankings at number 35, has joined University of Notttingham squash as an assistant coach and has begun providing invaluable coaching sessions for our top level players.

On Sunday 30 October, the Team GB American Football squad took on Italy in the IFAF European Championships quarter-final. Perfect start to the BUCS season for Lacrosse

Description
University of Nottingham's Lacrosse became the first BUCS Champions of the 2022-23 year by claiming victory in both the Men's and Women's sixes championships on October 16. Making the short journey to Nottingham Trent University to compete against challengers from universities across the UK, our Lacrosse athletes performed to the highest standard and earned the #GreenandGold a double championship day.
