Two students from the Functional Programming lab, Jennifer Hackett and Juan Carlos Saenz Carrasco, have received scholarships to attend the Principles of Programming Languages (POPL) conference in Rome in January 2013, together with the Programming Languages Mentoring Workshop (PLMW) for new programming language researchers.
