Dr. Rong Qu of the Automated Scheduling, Optimisation and Planning research group, and her co-authors have been awarded a prize from the Elsevier press for authoring the top cited article 2007-2011 in the Europan Journal of Operational Research for the paper entitled "A graph-based hyper-heuristic for educational timetabling problems."
