Anne's Story
Anne is at home with her husband Alan. She’s expecting her second baby and is now 38 weeks pregnant. She’s planning to have her baby at home.
Anne’s been having irregular contractions all day and has decided to ring Labour Suite for advice.
Anne’s partner is becoming increasingly anxious and frustrated. He’s afraid that things are not happening as they should. The couple are at home alone and may feel unsupported. His wife is in pain and he’s anxious about her welfare and that of his unborn baby. The situation is unknown to him. They need to know that professionals will attend to their needs when asked.
