Change Please is an award-winning social enterprise with their core values centred around people and sustainability. They believe in ethical and sustainable supply chains and fairly traded coffee to protect farming communities at origin. All of their coffee is Rainforest Alliance certified, which works to build economic opportunities and better working conditions for rural people as well as well as fight deforestation and climate change.
100% of their profits go towards delivering their award-winning training and support for people experiencing homelessness. They provide people with speciality barista training, housing, mental health support and onward employment opportunities with their partners.
Cafeology
You can find Cafeology across all our campuses in the majority of our retail outlets.
Cafeology was founded in 2003 with the core value of “100% ethical in everything we do.” Sustainability is at the heart of the company, as they have pledged to become carbon neutral by the end of 2025.
They began directly sourcing their coffee following their founder's trip to Costa Rica in 2008, and have built long and sustainable partnerships with producers around the globe. They also have many additionally accredited lines of coffee including Fairtrade, triple certified and bird-friendly.
Nairobi Coffee & Tea Company
Available in our catered accommodation, bars and delivered catering, Nairobi are an independent, family owned, family run coffee roaster.
Through their R3surce brand and by working in partnership with Cool Earth, they are helping to halt rainforest deforestation and its impact on climate change.
In addition, they have many coffee lines that are triple-certified (Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance and the Soil Association), to support good farming practices.
