Description

Nottingham Recognition Scheme  workshops are designed for those colleagues already registered on the scheme who would like more detail on aspects such as structure of content (both written or presentation format); ideas on effective examples of practice (for  the  various descriptors); and ideas on developing an extended evidence base for demonstrating impact. These will be a practical opportunity to beginning planning your submission and to reflect with peers on how your practice always aligns with the UKPFS.

At the end of the session you will:

  • Understand the context for professional recognition and associated benefits for career development.
  • Understand the process and activities involved in preparing a submission.
  • Have planned your own overall submission and drafted one session.
  • Agreed a peer network to support submission and remaining in good standing as part of your professional practice.
  • Know where to find further resources and development opportunities.

Although, we will try where possible to give you access to PC’s, you may like to bring your own laptop/mobile device.
