Appointments are available for the Dr. Bike maintenance service with Nottingham Bikeworks.

David Ross Sports Village

The Dr Bike session on University Park at the David Ross Sports Village is proving to be popular and is now a bookable event. To be sure that the mechanic will have time to service your bike, please book an appointment. 

Sutton Bonington

The Dr Bike sessions are returning to Sutton Bonington from September at the new location of outside the Sports Centre. The sessions are now also held on Wednesday afternoons.

Further information

If you are unable to attend a booked slot, you must cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours beforehand via Eventbrite or by emailing sustainability@nottingham.ac.uk. You may lose booking rights to future sessions if you do not cancel your slot in plenty of time.

  • Please be aware that drop-in sessions may be busy and you may be required to wait to have you bike looked at. Consider arriving slightly later in the day if you only have limited time available.
  • To get the latest Dr. Bike dates straight to your inbox each month, sign up to the Sustainable Nottingham newsletter.
  • Please note that if your bike requires a significant amount of work or is in a very bad state of repair, it may be rejected by the bike mechanic, who will advise on further work needed at a local bike shop.
